热流体工程中的热阻力、热绕流、热驱动和热稳定性,获1994年度国家教委科技进步一等奖,1995年度国家自然科学三等奖;
基于场协同理论的传热强化技术及其应用,获2003年度教育部科技进步一等奖,2004年度国家科技进步二等奖。
